Our monthly class program is designed to provide consistent training and progress for athletes of all skill levels. Each class is structured to focus on developing individual abilities, growing confidence and building and perfecting strong skill technique.

BASIC INFORMATION​

CLASS LENGTH
Each class lasts 60 minutes, with sessions held weekly. The program runs on a month-to-month basis, allowing flexibility with no long-term commitment.​
ENROLLMENT
​Enrollment is easy! Simply register online or at the gym to secure your spot in the next available class. Spots are limited to maintain small class sizes for personalized instruction. When enrolling you will have access to our schedule and can choose the class and time that works best for you.

PAYMENT
Tuition is billed monthly, and payment is due upon registration. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

CLASS EXPECTATIONS

Here is everything you need to know to be prepared:
ARRIVAL:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class to check in and warm up. This helps ensure that you’re ready to start on time and maximize your training session.
What to WEAR:
Wear comfortable athletic clothing such as a fitted t-shirt or tank top, and gym shorts or leggings that allow freedom of movement. Indoor, non-marking athletic shoes are required for safety and proper grip. Hair should be pulled back or secured and out of your face. Avoid wearing jewelry or anything that might hinder your movement.

​What to BRING:
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and feel free to bring a small towel if you prefer. Leave any large bags in the designated cubbies to keep the gym space clear.​​​​
